Shipping Policies.

At Oro Delfín LLC we offer shipping of our orders inside and outside the United States through logistics operators such as Post Office, FeDEx, DHL, all orders will be insured and guaranteed.

The presence and signature of the person who will receive it at your home or place to which it is sent is required, or otherwise the signature of a resident at that same address, otherwise you must contact FedEx, Post Office or DHL to pick up the shipment at your nearest office.

Once we ship your package, we will send you an email/text with the status of your order along with a tracking number so you can track your package online with the carrier.

Upon receiving confirmation of your purchase, the product will be shipped within 2 days and you will receive it within 3-7 business days.

*We do not offer shipping time guarantees as we cannot control carrier delays.

We ask our customers to inspect packages upon arrival for damage or tampering in the box.
