Refund Policy.

Costumers deserves satisfaction and priority, if you're unsatisfied with your order we will accept non-custom items  within 10 days of receiving your purchase to be returned for store credit (if applicable) , after 10 days we do not accept returns and cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
1.TO Request a return, go to : Info@orodelfin.com and send us your reason and picture of the item.
2.Before you send the return , please ensure the Item is in the original packaging and in a shipping box (sending in an envelope may damage the item and we will not be able to accept the return).
3.Print out your return label and ship the item back to us. 
4. Allow 8-10 businnes days for your return to be processed, once processed you will notify via email.

OroDelfin LLc is not responsible for return items damaged in the mail or lost if shipped on your own.
Maintenance, repair, sizing or other service performed by anyone other than OroDelfinLLC will void your Warranty. 

*We do not offer warranties for damage due to normal wear and tear, product loss, stone loss, or theft. 
*Damage or loss resulting from failure to obtain necessary repairs to maintain the integrity of the product is also not covered.
*We only replace items if they are faulty or factory damaged.
Metals and Fine Jewelry are not immune to normal wear, activity or trauma. In the case of rings, since the hands are subject to considerable abuse. 
*Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility.
*Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
*Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
*If shipping an item over $85, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, we do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.

Some examples of common jewelry problems that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:
*Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, or baths.
*Prongs and precious metals generally wear down over time and may require “building” or restoration work as normal wear and tear.
* Bent, caught or worn prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
* A stone has been lost or fallen due to chips or breaks caused by normal wear or other damage.
* Dark welding marks over time on the Cuban links due to the regular processing of the links when they were built.

*All personalized, name,initial styles and any custom orders are Final Sale.
*Returns must be unworn,undamaged,and unaltered.
*ALL International orders are FINAL SALE.
